Under the authority of section 14 of the Abitibi-Consolidated Rights and Assets Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the operating licences issued to Nalcor for the Exploits Generations Assets until the earlier of December 31, 2018, or the effective date of asset disposition.
