Under the authority of section4 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, section 4 of the Energy Corporation Act, and section 245 of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the Power Purchase Agreement between Nalcor and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation until the earlier of December 31, 2018, or the effective date of asset disposition.
