Under the authority of subsections 10(2) and 10(9) of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bernadette Cole Gendron to the School Board Committee as a school board representative, to conduct the bargaining of the Provincial Teachers' Collective Agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers' Association, with effect from a current date, for a two-year term.
