Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey a 0.3 acre parcel of land situated in Rocky Harbour, along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Town of Rocky Harbour, upon those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
