Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds up to $892,200 per annum, excluding HST, for a term up to and including April 28, 2029 and increasing by the provincial Consumer Price Index each year until March 31, 2039, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Corner Brook from Marine Contractors Inc..
