Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds up to $1,600,000 against budgetary appropriations in each of 2019-20 and 2020-21, for the provision of server and enterprise application software products.
