Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is please d to appoint Jeff Loder as Assistant Deputy Minister (Intergovernmental Affairs), in the Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs Secretariat of Executive Council, effective July 23rd, 2018, with a 10% salary increase to be applied to his current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded by Mr. Loder to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of his appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to July 23rd, 2018, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary to which he has been appointed herein.
