Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the remission of minimum annual water use charges paid by or charged to commercial users using water for water bottling and/or production of other water based finished products from surface and groundwater sources or from water or ice harvested from icebergs under the fee schedule in the Water Use Charges Regulations in force on October 1, 2016.
