Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint George Joyce as Member and Chairperson of the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Service Commission on an interim basis, effective July 26, 2018, with salary at Step 23 on the 1988 Point Scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, until such time as the position is filled in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act.(Revoked by OC2025-093)
