Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996 and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby: 

1) appoints Bruce Hollett as President and Chief Executive Officer of the College of the North Atlantic on an interim basis, effective July 26, 2018, with a 10% salary increase to be applied to his current salary, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, until such time as the position is filled in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act; and 

2)  revokes OC2017-277, effective July 26, 2018.
