Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows:  $491,748 in 2019-20, $491,748 in 2020-21, $514,287 in 2021-22, $516,336 in 2022-23, $516,336 in 2023-24, $540,008 in 2024-25, $542,160 in 2025-26, $542,160 in 2026-27 and $45,180 in 2027-28, to facilitate the nine-year contract extension.
