Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Waste Management Regulations, 2003, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, for three-year terms, with effect from a current date:            

a) John Harvey Patten, as the distributor representative;
b) Maisie Clark, as the consumer representative;
c) Dale Colbourne, as the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador representative;
d) Dermot Flynn;
e) Francis Curtis Clark;
f) Michele Peach; and
g) Sheldon Peddle.
