Under the authority of subsection 19(3) of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to grant a waiver to Todd Stanley Q.C., former Deputy Minister of the Department of Justice and Public Safety, in respect of his current responsibilities with the law firm Cox & Palmer and to Cox & Palmer in respect of the continued retention of Cox & Palmer as legal counsel to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
