Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 18 of the Buildings Accessibility Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

1) appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Buildings Accessibility Advisory Board, with effect from a current date, for two-year terms:

Appointments:
a) Randy Sooley;
b) Rose Wilson;
c) Robert Menchenton;
d) Brittany Mouland;
e) Emily Mayne; and
Reappointment:
f) Dennis Gill as Chairperson; and 

2) to give approval for Brittany Mouland to be remunerated in accordance with paragraph 4(a) of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
