Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute a Framework Agreement with Equinor and Husky for the Bay du Nord Project, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
