Under the authority of section 5 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to refer to the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities a matter related to electricity rate mitigation, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
