Under the authority of section 117 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Dennis Browne as Consumer Advocate for the purposes of participating in the review process arising out of the reference to the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities of a matter related to electricity rate mitigation, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
