Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) permanently close a section of abandoned highway in South Dildo, contained within the boundaries of the plan delineating an area of 2,110 square metres, and more particularly described in the plan on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer the section of the abandoned highway to Reginald Day at fair market value, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe.
