Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Smith, as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services), with the Department of Health and Community Services, effective September 4th, 2018, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
