Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Simmons, as the Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat within Executive Council, effective September 10, 2018, with salary at Step 25 on the 2228 Point Scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.   (Revoked by OC2010-211)
