Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsections 4(1) and 9(1) of the Status of Women Advisory Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

1) Appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women on a personal basis, for three-year terms, with effect from a current date:

Appointments:
a) Barbara Agnes Barker;
b) Kelly Hynes Curties;
c) Erica Hurley;
d) Elizabeth Evans-Mitchell;
e) Abigail Steel;
f) Raelene Vickers;
g) Arlene Blanchard-White;

Reappointments:
h) Vanessa Jo McCarthy; and
i) Carmichael Polonio;

2) Appoint Vanessa Jo McCarthy as vice-president of the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women, with effect from a current date; and
3) Approval was given for Kelly Hynes Curties and Abigail Steel to be remunerated in accordance with paragraph 4(a) of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
