Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown land grant, comprising an area of land not exceeding 1065 m² situated at Hermitage Cove, Hermitage-Sandyville, to Mr. Wallace Roberts for the purpose of commercial ship building, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
