Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $512,500 in 2019-20; $612,500 annually in 2020-21 to 2023-24; and $102,500 in 2024-25 (excluding HST), to enter into a lease agreement with G. M. Malls Ltd. Partnership for 29,785 square feet of office space in Gander for a five year term.
