Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $14,563,300 in 2019-20, $15,000,200 in 2020-21, $15,450,200 in 2021-22, $15,913,700 in 2022-23, $16,391,100 in 2023-24, $16,882,800 in 2024-25, $17,389,300 in 2025-26, $17,911,000 in 2026-27, $18,448,300 in 2027-28, $19,001,700 in 2028-29, $19,571,800 in 2029-30, $20,159,000 in 2030-31, $20,763,700 in 2031-32, $21,386,600 in 2032-33 and $22,028,200 in 2033-34, to facilitate a contract award for ferry/freight services to the North Coast of Labrador to Labrador Marine Incorporated.
