Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $11,950,752 in 2019-20, $12,275,643 in 2020-21, $12,643,912 in 2021-22, $13,023,230 in 2022-23, $13,450,677 in 2023-24, $13,816,344 in 2024-25, $14,230,835 in 2025-26, $14,657,760 in 2026-27, $15,138,856 in 2027-28, $15,550,417 in 2028-29, $16,016,930 in 2029-30, and $15,729,064 in 2030-31, to facilitate a contract award for the Strait of Belle Isle Ferry Service to Labrador Marine Incorporated.
