Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $113,000 in 2019-20; $135,500 annually in 2020-21 to 2023-24; and $22,600 in 2024-25 (excluding HST), to enter into a lease agreement with Colby 2000 Ltd. for 7,314 square feet of office space in Happy Valley-Goose Bay for a five year term.
