Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Mr. Felix Collins to the Executive Council as Attorney General, with effect from January 29, 2014.
