Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Gardiner as Deputy Minister of the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, on an acting basis, effective September 10, 2018, in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, at his current salary under the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
