Under the authority of paragraph 67(3)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act and further to the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled “Placentia Bay Atlantic Salmon Aquaculture Undertaking Release Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
