Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Rachelle Cochrane as Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation on an acting basis, effective from February 3, 2014 to July 04, 2014, in addition to her responsibilities as Deputy Minister of the Women’s Policy Office, with salary at step 27 on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
