Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in 2019-20 as follows:

a) $378,146 to facilitate the awarding of a contract for Humber River Valley Flood Risk Mapping to Wood PLC;
b) $384,050 to facilitate the awarding of a contract for Exploits River Valley Flood Risk Mapping to Hatch; and
c) $199,967 to facilitate the awarding of a contract for Dam Break Flood Inundation Mapping to Golder Associates Inc..
