Under the authority of section 10 of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Wesley Foote as a provincial member to the Board of Directors of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, with effect from a current date, for a six-year term.
