Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, with effect from a current date, for three-year terms:

a) Brendan Condon, as a Regular Member;
b) James Flight, as an Alternate Member; and
c) Wayne Fowler as an Alternate Member.
