Prisons Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Fred Cumby as the Assistant Superintendent of the West Coast Correctional Centre, with effect from a current date, with salary at Step 24 on the HL-23 Scale, with general salary increases to apply.
