An Act to Amend the Smoke-Free Environment Act, 2005
Under the authority of section 7 of An Act to Amend the Smoke-Free Environment Act, 2005, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Amend the Smoke-Free Environment Act, 2005 into force on October 17, 2018.
