Under the authority of section 115 of An Act Respecting the Control and Sale of Cannabis, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act Respecting the Control and Sale of Cannabis into force on October 17, 2018.
